TAO Activities

TAO Activities is a specialist alternative education and therapeutic provider, delivering evidence-based outdoor learning programmes for children and young people. We are the UK founders of Resilience Informed Practice and embed internationally recognised frameworks such as Te Whare Tapa Whā into our delivery. Our approach integrates outdoor adventure with accredited qualifications and therapeutic interventions, supporting re-engagement, resilience, and positive outcomes. We currently work in partnership with multiple local authorities and I chair the Alternative Provision Network in Kirklees, ensuring our provision remains strategically aligned and sector leading.
