Discovery (part of Dimensions UK) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and others who identify as neurodivergent to thrive in work and life. Through our Supported Employment Service, we train employers to create inclusive workplaces, and work with schools, community groups, and training providers to embed the internationally recognised, evidence-based Supported Employment model.
